Easy to handle
Uncovering the Pool
Your CARIBO cover is rolled up quickly with the geared crank handle provided (2 handles for pools 10m x 5 m and above). Rolling up the cover takes only 2 or 3 minutes depending on the dimensions of the pool and the number of people (one or two).
Covering the Pool
Unrolling back onto the pool is easily accomplished thanks to a simple pulling strap arrangement. Once in place the cover is held safely in position by tension fixings. Unfolding and closing the cover takes 3 to 4 minutes, again depending on the pool dimensions and the number of people.
CARIBO provides protection for your family (particularly children under 5 years old) in many ways
- Its carrying poles made of anodised aluminium, resting on the coping stones on specially designed composite shoes.
- Its one piece assembly, welded together out of reinforced PVC material, coated on both sides with ultra resistant polyester film to protect against ultra-violet rays and fungal growth. This is covered with a stain resistant varnish to make maintenance easier.
- Its removable anti abrasion reinforcement strips positioned down both sides (rectangular pools only, with or without stairs). These are sandy coloured underneath, to avoid marking or discolouration of the coping stones.
- Correct us of its straps counteracts the risk of the cover lifting off in winds up to 90 Km/h and of damage due to snow up to 20cm deep.
- Your swimming pool is protected, both in summer and in winter, from insects, leaves and other debris.
Multi-seasonality
CARIBO protects your pool from external pollution, summer and winter, helping to keep it clean all year round. The shapedends of the aluminium poles press the cover against the copings, further increasing its ability to protect and seal your pool.
Not being in contact with the water, CARIBO allows filtration and automatic cleaners to work freely to their optimum capacity.
CARIBO helps to heat and insulate the water when covered. The air space underneath it considerably reduces heat losses, both due to evaporation, and also by heat radiation given off by the warm water.
CARIBO is also available for a modest extra charge in a solar version, to enhance its heating qualities. The blue translucent solar material lets through infra-red rays, a source of sustainable, ecological and free energy! Please ask us to quote you if you require this option.
Available Colours
CARIBO comes as standard in opaque blue or green. Also available for an extra charge are opaque pale green or light beige, and solar blue.
Free Form and shaped Pools
CARIBO can be made to adapt to various pool shapes including walk in stair bays etc. Please ask us for a quotation.
Compact Design.
When rolled up CARIBO will still fit under most diving boards at the end of the pool, unlike most conventional rollers.

As part of its original concept(aluminium bars placed under the cover and only visible at the ends), as well as it's attractive colours, CARIBO harmonises beautifully with your environment.

Patented Easy Pro 3 winder
Automatically rolls up your cover in a couple of minutes. For pools up to 12m x 6m. Simply insert the square end of the trolley connection into the unrolling rod of the cover, pick up the cable guided control and follow the progress of the trolley until the safety cover is completely wound up.
Easy Pro 4
also unwinds the cover automatically back over the pool in a similar time.
