Pumps should ideally be installed outdoors though if an indoors installation is required the system must be vented to the outdoors. As with any heat pump, you should always allow for adequate air flow to the unit. This Heat Pump needs to be hard wired and should be installed by a qualified electrician.

Please note that the maximum pool volume for these pumps depends on many factors, including the outside air temperature.
