Piggy Back Reel Systems

Our new Mobile Reel Systems for commercial pools are available with a single reel or twin (piggy back) reel, and are fully moveable around the poolside for easy dispensing and collecting of covers. The system can be easily and safely removed to a storage area after use. The piggy back reel is ideal if your pool is large enough that two separate covers are required, and allows you to wind one cover after the other.

Both single reel and twin reel systems can be direct drive, or fitted with a 5:1 ratio gearbox to assist with the winding of the covers (this is recommended for covers of 100m2 or more). The motorised option is controlled using a remote control or key switch. Reels feature a stainless steel frame and castors, with nylon end bosses and aluminium tubes. The systems can be floor, wall, ceiling and column mounted, and can be fitted with solar covers and 6mm foam insulation covers.

Piggy back reels are suitable for pools over 9.14m wide, and up to 13.7m wide (approx. 30ft – 43ft).
