Electric Heaters are best suited to smaller pools and spas and they can provide year-round heating regardless of the weather. Simple, yet effective, our electric heaters are low cost to buy and easy to install. These electric swimming pool heaters can provide a very effective method of heating up your swimming pool when combined with insulating swimming pool covers.

Essentially, electric pool heating features an element that, once an electrical current is applied to, can heat the pool water as it flows over it. The water that is heated up will then flow into the swimming pool and the heating system will continue to heat the water until the desired temperature is reached.

Important notes:

It is important to avoid getting air trapped inside the electric heater. To avoid this, the electric pool heating should be installed low down, with the water flowing out in an upwards direction. This should be installed after filtration and before any chemical feeder, from which it should be separated by a non-return valve.

Electric heaters must be fitted by a qualified electrician in accordance with the current regulations. You are advised to check that your supply can support your preferred size before ordering.
